Lava Hotel - Apia

Stayed at lava for 3 nights and loved the great location. The staff were super accommodating, allowing us an early check-in. We enjoyed the relaxing pool area surrounded by lush vegetation. The room was cool and clean. It was perfect to have a comfortable spot to sleep after exploring and a refreshing saltwater pool to return to.

Double room was neat and modern. Had such facilities, like a safe, central heating, and an iron. The location was convenient and unbeatable, an easy walk to old town. The service was good, the food was great. The pool was nice;)))

The room itself fantastic and spotless. A wide array of appetising food. Absolutely perfect and incredible location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from city centre.

And the TV? A joke. When I asked for an upgrade due to these inconveniences, I was met with blank stares. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff were super accommodating and attentive, even managing to extend our stay when things were tight. I loved the pool area, it was a great spot for the kids to play and unwind after exploring all day.

Although our room wasn't cleaned every day like we expected, the staff were really friendly and tried their best to help us. Definitely enjoyed the bar area too!
